It's utterly significant to take into consideration the lighting as it relates to setting the tone for the type of ambiance of images you are attempting to convey to tell a visual story. This aspect goes for both stills and motion pictures. For example, if you're setting up a "shoot" for a grunge rock band the lighting for this particular photoshoot will more than likely be darker cinematically although you're engaging in the photography.
